We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in the housing counseling office and working directly with clients.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and skills:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience working in an office
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Proficient in using computer programs such as (Word, Excel, Google Suite applications
- Strong clerical skills
