We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to become part of our management team as a Unit Manager to oversee skilled nursing units of 40 beds. This is an hourly position and is paid overtime! The position offers both hands on care, advocacy for our residents and management of direct care staff and floor nurses. The skills developed in this position fosters learning and rapid growth in understanding skilled nursing care, as well as launching upward mobility within a management level nursing career.
Joining our team as a RN Unit Manager would allow for collaboration with all departments to provide individualized high-end care to each resident and make lasting impacts on the quality of life and quality of care being provided. The opportunity to assist residents and their families to bridge many discussions with medical providers, as well as effectively lead a team of caregivers requires an excellent communication style and willingness to implement facility policies and procedures.
Leadership experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right applicant. An unencumbered Registered Nurse, RN license is required.
