We are searching for a stellar Customer Service Representative for a small agency in Stevens Point.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9a.m. to 5p.m.
Wage : Based on experience
Position Summary
The primary responsibility for this role is to interact with customers to provide detailed information on products and services.
Answering phone calls, handling paperwork, and resolving complaints, and making proper changes to existing accounts is also a responsibility for a CSR.
