Position Summary: Project Manager III should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analytics. Candidate would be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Project manager would be a collaborator and have a problem-solving and critical -thinking aptitude.

How You Make An Impact:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
• Management of matrix team from multiple departments
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Preparation of PowerPoint slides
• Present to or train staff and/or executives as needed.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as needed.
• Administer agency third party applications such as Zoom, DocuSign, and Amazon Business
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

How You Meet Qualifications:

• B.A or B.S. degree
• Proven experience as a project manager or administrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong people skills
• Ability to mange a diverse group and keep them on project schedule.
• Solid presentation skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for preparation of slides or reports
