We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Driver & Administrative Assistant. In this unique role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe transportation of our clients while providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities:

NOTE: Will be required to serve as a back-up or on-call driver.

Driving

• Safely transport clients to appointments, programs, and other destinations.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable driving environment.
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections.

Administrative Duties

• Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and preparing reports.
• Assist with onboarding and training new drivers and staff members.
• Conduct monthly field supervision of drivers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and families.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand written instructions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform monthly vehicle inspections.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 per hour
