The Role

As the BDR Manager, you will work closely with BDRs to convert inbound & outbound leads. You will work cross-functionally across departments to land new business opportunities. You are a confident, ambitious sales expert who thrives on being a player/coach

Mission

  • Assess our current outreach strategies using data, and regularly suggest conclusions and new ideas for improvement to the team, and share insights and requests with the leadership team when necessary
  • Metrics improvement - Build new programs and optimize existing processes to drive improvements in meeting hit rate, SQL conversion rates, etc.
  • Coach and improve our BDR team's skillset across everything from emailing, discos, and cold calling
  • IDentify key companies and develop target accounts by using ideal Customer Profile criteria
  • Lots of outbound outreach - we are constantly making outbound calls & emails to potential customers.

You have...

  • You have 2 years of experience as an SDR Team Lead/Manager
  • Familiarity with sales development tools
  • You have supported or owned aspects of sales operations ranging from data analysis to tools vetting and selection
  • Clear examples of work history that requires strong organization and time management
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals or targets, especially in an early stage environment
