Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.

Duties:
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily activities and coordination of sales operations
- Manage and organize sales documents, contracts, and agreements
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support with file organization and maintenance
- Assist in transcribing meeting minutes and important documents

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook Calendar
- Strong project coordination abilities
- Experience in providing personal assistant support
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Administrative skills for managing office tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
