Position Details:
Currently, we are seeking EXPERIENCED Solar Sales Managers & Closers that would like to manage a team of sales consultants in their local area.
SEP Sales Managers are responsible for mentoring new consultants and closing their first few deals earning extra income besides the management overrides and personal sales. Our representatives are taught how to generate leads through multiple methods including but not limited to: direct sales, personal referrals, community events and social media.
The position requires helping new sales reps close interested customers, running weekly sales meetings, coaching calls done individually. We provide the recruits, initial sales training for new recruits and personal assistants to produce powerpoint content for the weekly sales meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have personally closed 25 or more self generated solar installs.
Must be able to navigate technology easily.
Must be able to train and develop new sales consultants
Will manage sales meetings and join National zoom meetings.
Must be a positive example for new recruits and sales leaders
Perks:
$250K PLUS income opportunity - With no income cap - Top producers this year have earned $400K and up.
Warm leads provided at no cost to the manager
Earn 50%-30% from new rep sales commissions
Rep commissions range 3k-12k
Our Managers / closers earn @30%-50% per sale
Opportunity for Self Generated leads at a very aggressive pay scale, but main emphasis is closing deals for new sales reps
