Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
