6 Degrees Group is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Alpharetta, GA
Our client in Alpharetta is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable Specialist. This person will be trained in the office Monday through Friday with the opportunity to work from home one day once fully trained.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with agreed upon payment terms
- Maintain relationships by guaranteeing timely and accurate payments
- Research overpayments and request refunds
- Implement process improvements
- Review the weekly aging analysis
- Manage 1099 process
- Setup new vendors in Sage
Requirements:
- Proficient in full cycle Accounts Payable
- Experience with 1099's
- Positive attitude and excellent communication
