Responsibilities

• Post invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Disburse A/P and On Demand checks
• Post purchase orders
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
• Reconcile credit card transactions to bank funding
• Post daily incoming cash receipts
• Process daily deposit to bank

Qualifications

• CDK EXPERIENCE A MUST
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Minimum 3 years AR/AP experience in an automotive dealership
