BACHELOR' S DEGREE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED

Performing Call Back Verification to new vendors to authenticate and verify vendors, requests for transaction level settlement instructions, or changes to banking instructions, address details and tax identification number. Invoice entry into Accounts Payable system.This position will involve making phone calls, responding to email queries and tracking details on excel file.

Responsibilities include:
- Phone calls-Tracking details on excel file
- Email management and responding to emails
- Ensuring proper information is provided in a timely fashion.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.33 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts Payable: 1 year (Preferred)
