Job Overview:

Join our team at a luxury gym and wellness spa as an Administrative Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the seamless operation of our upscale facility, providing premium support to our executive team and enhancing our esteemed clientele’s experience. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service, handling phone and email inquiries with a polished and professional demeanor, ensuring our clients' and members' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for personal training, spa treatments, and other appointments, optimizing the experience for our members and guests.
  • Conduct precise data management, ensuring client records, transactions, and interactions are meticulously documented.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of exclusive events and member engagements, contributing to the luxurious ambiance of our establishment.
  • Support project management through the preparation of detailed reports, impactful presentations, and comprehensive meeting materials.
  • Oversee the procurement and organization of high-end office and spa supplies, maintaining the premium standard of our facilities.
  • Undertake research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Execute a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of our luxury gym and wellness spa.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within a high-end service environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with a flair for creating polished and professional documents.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing diverse tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, embodying the sophistication of our brand.
  • Background in customer service, with a preference for experience in the wellness, spa, or fitness industries.
  • Familiarity with wellness spa and fitness operations, or previous experience as a medical receptionist, will be highly regarded.
