We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. As the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, profit and loss analysis, client-facing responsibilities, technical skills, and maintenance components.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and analyzing variances to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of profit and loss statements, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the company and clients, overseeing property accounting teams and partnering with property managers on financial reporting and budgeting.
• Utilize advanced excel modeling techniques to perform complex financial analyses and provide support to colleagues on technical issues.
• Manage payroll processes, conduct profitability analysis, and perform billing audits to ensure operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA or other relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
