Operations Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois (In-Office)

Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $65k-$75k/Year

Come work for our City of Chicago client as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will manage a segment of the guarding operations, ensure service expectations are being met, evaluate service quality, address issues as they arise and provide support for the client operations. You will also process payroll, schedule, ensure proper coverage is being met, and effectively meet client and company objectives. As an Operations Manager, you will personally engage and assist in managing the client relationship and implements client satisfaction drivers.

Position Qualifications:

• Manages client operations 
• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service 
• Assist with onboarding and directly develops high caliber staff
• Responds to emergencies by deploying resources
• Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities
• Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels

Education/Experience:

• At least 21 years of age 
• Associate degree
• Three or more years of progressive management experience with security experience is a plus
