2200 Neuberger Berman Services LLC is Hiring an Employee Experience Coordinator Near New York, NY

Summary: Neuberger Berman’s Employee Platform team focuses on (1) driving high levels of employee engagement; (2) ensuring a holistic, inclusive employee experience; and (3) maintaining the firm’s business principles and culture, which are key drivers of business performance. The team also actively participates in shaping the firm’s public profile and reputation, as well as its continued deep engagement with clients. The team is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to provide support across the firm’s employee experience programs and initiatives and internal communications function. This highly visible, client-oriented individual has the unique opportunity to work with many partners and leaders across the firm, gaining exposure and experience to a broad array of programs that drive the firm’s culture and employee experience. This position reports into the Director, Employee Experience. Responsibilities Support the Director, Employee Experience with the firm’s global employee experience initiatives; this includes logistical support on internal events, calendar tracking/organizing and helping manage/execute programming at NB locations globally. At least one-third of the role will be focused on internal communications, including primary responsibility for all employee experience communications. Serve as the primary contact for our Employee Interest Groups, which includes NB Art Community, NB Run Club, the NB Band and our many sports teams globally. Welcome new hires and host new hire orientation in partnership with Human Capital Management. Work closely with corporate services, facilities, technology, HR, and other in the Employee Platform team to ensure quality service leading up to various employee events, on event day and any necessary follow up. Other duties and project support delegated by the Director, Employee Experience. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in employee engagement, human capital management, internal communications or transferrable work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent hospitality/client service skills Proactive approach and the ability to problem solve. Team player with high degree of flexibility and ability to multi-task and shift gears quickly. Highly organized with the aptitude to approach tasks with speed and precision. Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
