Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative will handle calls for customers who want to communicate in Korean language.
Ability to work with customers to understand their issues and provide support. This can be answering questions or troubleshooting issues utilizing guides and other online support material.
Ability to work with a broader team as needed to obtain guidance for handling issues requiring specific expertise.
Proactively manage customer complaints and offer satisfactory solutions guided by policy and guidelines.
Registering international products in the system for efficient warranty claim processing.
Guiding customers through the repair setup for non-international products based on HQ guidelines.
Qualifications :
Fully bilingual in Korean / English - able to read, write, speak, and work on a professional level in Korean and English
College degree preferred but not required
Preferred 3 year of experience as a customer service representative
Analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organization skills; able to prioritize tasks independently w / minimal supervision; has great follow up skills
A team player, self-driven. flexible, dedicated individual
3 years of experience handling customer service claims
