ROLE:

Help Korean-speaking customers to have satisfying communication with agents without having to face the language barrier on top of service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle calls from customers who want to communicate in the Korean language

• Work with customers to understand their issues and provide support. This can be answering questions or providing troubleshooting utilizing guides and other online support material

• Work with broader team as needed to obtain guidance for handling issues requiring specific expertise.

• Proactively manage customer complaints and offer satisfactory solutions guided by policy and guidelines

• Register international products in system for efficient warranty claim processing

• Guide customers through the repair set up for non-international products based on HQ guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in Korean-English – able to speak, read and write and work on a professional level

• Has at least 3 or more years of relevant work experience in handling customer service claims

• College degree is preferred but not required

• Has at least 3 or more years or relevant work experience in a customer service representative role

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize tasks independently with minimal supervision; has great follow up skills

• Team player, self-driven, flexible, dedicated

• Analytical skills with problem solving abilities

• Strong organized skills and written communication skills

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions

• Okay to work 100% onsite in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey
