Job Type: Regular Work Location: Samsung Electronics America - Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Korean-speaking Customer Service Representative Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pay: $30.00 per hour based on experience Location: On-site in Ridgefield Park, NJ office In this role, you'll be the go-to for Korean-speaking customers, ensuring clear and smooth communication. You'll bridge the language gap and provide exceptional service, resolving their concerns efficiently. Break Down Language Barriers: Fluently converse with Korean-speaking customers, understanding their needs and effectively conveying solutions. Champion Customer Satisfaction: Actively listen to customer concerns, following internal processes to ensure all claims are handled accurately and promptly. Ability to work with customers to understand their issues and provide support. This can be answering questions or troubleshooting issues utilizing guides and other online support material. Ability to work with a broader team as needed to obtain guidance for handling issues requiring specific expertise. Proactively manage customer complaints and offer satisfactory solutions guided by policy and guidelines. Registering international products in the system for efficient warranty claim processing. Guiding customers through the repair setup for non-international products based on HQ guidelines.
