The Opportunity:We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to own the creation and execution of our brand storytelling efforts and drive engagement across all channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and product packaging. As our first full time, in-house copywriter, you will be responsible for owning and developing our internal copywriting process and ensuring consistent brand voice and storytelling across various channels. You’ll proactively dive into data, research, and our competitors as well as partner across the organization to incorporate valuable insights. You will work closely with Creative, Digital, Brand, Growth, and Product teams to ensure they are well-versed in the strategy and point of view of all written communications.
Who You Are: The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and editing skills, a keen understanding of consumer behavior, and a passion for storytelling, not just writing copy. You have a knack for driving brand engagement through your stories and are eager to collaborate cross-functionally to gain insights to apply to your work. You are passionate about driving sustainability and non-toxic products in the kitchen and home goods space and are constantly looking for ways to incorporate new trends and data into our brand’s voice while staying intune with our competitors. With responsibilities that require continuous feedback and input, the ideal candidate assumes positive intent, has no ego, is resilient, and adaptable. Ideal candidates can absorb multifaceted ideas and translate them into compelling copy across a variety of channels. They’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and consistently thinking about how to improve process, copy, and strategy and have experience working in the context of project management and editorial operations. The ideal candidate understands that all copy is important - from short titles to long emails and big campaigns, as every copy we write is ideally in service of our consumers and our brand as a whole.
