The Opportunity:Caraway is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to effectively oversee our marketing team to execute our marketing strategy. Reporting to the VP of Brand & Creative, the Senior Director of Marketing will manage a team of brand, marketing, and social marketers and copywriters, responsible for leading the team to execute brand & product storytelling, organic social media planning, public relations, and orchestrating lightning strike launches and moments.
This marketing leadership role will be critical in helping Caraway stay at the forefront of the conversation around innovating the kitchen category through our non-toxic offerings.
Who You Are: Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in product marketing, brand development (preferably in the consumer packaged goods space), compelling storytelling abilities, and a proven track record of effective leadership. Their expertise lies in product marketing and the art of storytelling, where they have expertly managed high-impact go-to-market strategies and teams as well as demonstrated the ability to translate captivating narratives into successful integrated marketing campaigns. They are no stranger to collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners (including Creative, Growth, Digital Product/UX, PR, Operations, CX, and Retail), to drive marketing initiatives for new & existing products and brand moments, all the while navigating the dynamic landscape of a brand repositioning amidst rapid growth. The most successful candidate will embody our team & company culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement, and is driven by a passion for creating engaging marketing experiences that resonate with diverse consumer segments.
