We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with support, assistance, and information about our products/services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in service.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. Accurately enter customer information and orders into our system and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively answer customer questions and provide product recommendations. Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and promotions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. Generate reports and provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products/services and enhance the overall customer experience. Communicate feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
