Job Title: Communications Associate
Overview:
As a Communications Associate, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing communication strategies to effectively convey our organization's message to various stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the communications team to develop engaging content, manage digital platforms, and support initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities:
Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Draft press materials, pitch stories, and coordinate media coverage to increase brand exposure and manage the organization's reputation.
Digital Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email newsletters, and other online channels. Monitor metrics and analytics to optimize campaign performance and engagement.
Internal Communication: Support internal communication efforts by drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and presentations. Ensure consistent messaging across all internal communications platforms.
Brand Management: Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all communication materials. Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets including logos, graphics, and templates.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform communication strategies and content development.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, public relations, and design to align communication efforts with overall organizational goals.
