Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person. Address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placement.
Order Processing: Manage orders from initiation to fulfillment, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of products/services and processes.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties to support the customer service team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
