Human Resources Coordinator
Responsible for providing guidance, support, and coordination to all policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources Department and assisting the Human Resource Manager with all employee related concerns.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
Must have bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management. Must have 3 years’ experience specifically in Human Resources. Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Conduct recruiting, employment selection, and orientation processes.
2. Administer human resource policies, rules, procedures, and training programs.
3. Organize, supervise, and document special events as assigned.
4. Organize, supervise, report on, and improve upon special programs as assigned.
5. Oversee organization and improvement of Human Resource Department files, forms, and process flow efficiencies.
6. Coordinate, create, and ensure strong employee communications by informing and updating employees.
7. Ensure positive human relations among employees and between employees and management.
8. Must maintain a professional appearance, be people-oriented and well-organized.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
