Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for HR functions within the region.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Partner with facility administrators and managers to address employee relations issues and performance management concerns.
• Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
• Travel throughout Massachusetts to visit different facilities and support HR needs as required.

• As Corporate Compliance Officer will work with the consultant and oversee the program

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional HR role, in the long-term care industry.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Massachusetts.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification is preferred, but not required.
