Craneville Place Rehab and Nursing Center is currently seeking Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) on our 3PM-11PM & 11PM-7AM shift to join their nursing team. Become an RCA in only 2 days, and get paid for all training hours THEN join our CNA Training Program hosted at our sister facility FREE of cost! Job Duties for Resident Care Assistant (RCA):

• Assist our residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Work cooperatively with your team
• Communicate resident changes to the nurse
• Perform personal care for residents
