Honey Eatery & Social Club is Hiring a Chef Near Coeur d'Alene, ID

Honey Eatery and Social Club is looking for a Chef to lead our team. Our restaurant is located in downtown Coeur d'Alene and part of Chef Adam Hegsted's Eat Good Group

Responsibilities

  • Set up the kitchen for success
  • Prepare dishes to company standards
  • Delegate tasks, communication, scheduling, hiring, firing, etc.
  • Be available for your team members and encourage a positive work environment
  • Properly place orders, take inventory, rotate stock, and discard out-of-date items
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Skills

  • 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
  • Management skills and abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with profit and loss, inventory, scheduling/labor, ordering, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
