Learning and Development Specialist
The Learning and Development Specialist contributes to the creation of a culture of continuous learning which sustains
efforts to become a highly regarded place to work in our industry. The primary responsibility of the Learning and
Development Specialist is to support the Director of Learning and Talent Development and the Learning Program Managers
in the administration, planning and delivery of learning solutions to all employees at the Companies of PPC Partners, Inc.
The Learning and Development Specialist will contribute as a team member in the planning, design, delivery and evaluation
of learning solutions per the project plan. Additional responsibilities include Catalog Administrator in the Learning Platform,
preparation of course documents and reporting, scheduling of cohorts and subject matter experts per course plan and
analyzing course evaluation reports.
Learning Solutions Planning & Design:
Contribute as a team member to the planning and design of learning solutions to support strategic initiatives aligned with company leadership OKRs to attract, grow and retain employees. Primary audience will be Field Operations employees.
Utilize defined competencies in design projects for self-directed, blended and in-person learning experiences.
Compile and proofread teaching and learning materials such as job aids, facilitator guides and participant materials that are made available on the Learning Platform.
Maintain current certifications in evidenced-based learning techniques and technology platforms and tools
Learning Solutions Client Service & Delivery:
Communicate with internal clients to answer questions, explain information and collect course materials such as case studies or job examples from subject matter experts.
Facilitate in-person, virtual and asynchronous cohort and discussion groups using functionality in the Learning Platform
Coach people leaders and employees on available learning experiences for Individual Development Plans
Learning Solutions Administration
Curate learning experiences using curriculum, playlist and social learning functionality in the Learning Platform
Analyze course and cohort evaluations and reporting and recommend iterative improvements
Participate in project coordination with vendors and external resources
Qualifications:
degree in Secondary/Post Secondary Education
