Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Leadership Team. This highly visible role works independently to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of flexibility, integrity and professionalism. This position will also manage the corporate headquarters front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ideal candidates will have a four-year college degree and at least 5 years of experience in an administrative function or a combination of education and work experience. Strong preference for experience supporting an executive and/or board of directors. Excellent communication, editing, and analytical skills are required. Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle situations with tact and diplomacy.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The ability to work a hybrid position is based on work performance and ability to maintain engaging work relationships.
The salary range of $65k - $80k is commensurate with experience.
