Our Universal Reps excel at building strong relationships with our members, by guiding them toward solutions that meet their unique financial needs. Our financial professionals are extremely comfortable educating members about JHFCU products and services, and identifying the most efficient and expedient resolution to their concerns.

Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or general education (GED) and a minimum of two years customer service experience in a Credit Union or financial services environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
Universal Member Service Representatives must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and project the Credit Union’s outstanding reputation by providing consistently exceptional service levels, which exceed member expectations.
Possessing a “can-do” attitude, along with excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks with professionalism and tact are qualities that translate to success.
Starting hourly compensation is $20- $21/hr.
