Accentuate Staffing is Hiring a Production Supervisor (2nd shift) Near Garner, NC
Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturing client of ours in the Garner area who is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire position working on 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday, however must be available to train on day shift for 4-8 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Production Supervisor is responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipment
- Supervisor is responsible for setting up and continuously monitoring equipment
- Supervisor is responsible for communicating with and managing employees’ in regards to performance expectations, offering support, and providing guidance as needed
- Supervisor is responsible for documenting all necessary paperwork
- Supervisor is responsible for interviewing and training new employees
Requirements:
- Production supervisor must have 2 years supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Supervisor must have previous experience in interviewing and training employees as well as conducting performance reviews and performance improvement plans
- Supervisor must have a strong attention to detail
- Supervisor must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
