We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers, LLC a leading provider of mental health care services for children and adolescents in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Delaware. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, managing electronic medical records (EMR) registration, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Full time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM.
Pay rate: $16-$18.00 phr
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
• Record Keeping: Maintain up to date and accurate employee records required for licensing and compliance with regulatory bodies. Ensure all documents are filed systematically and are easily accessible.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, preparing employment documents, and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
• EMR Registration: Manage the registration of employees in the electronic medical records system, ensuring accurate entry of data and timely updates.
• Filing and Documentation: Handle filing and organization of both physical and digital documents to maintain an efficient HR office environment.
• Confidential Information Management: Safeguard confidential information pertaining to employees and the company, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Employee Requests and Queries: Serve as a point of contact for employee requests and queries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that maintain employee satisfaction and compliance with HR policies.
• Database Management: Maintain and update HR databases with employee information, benefits, and other HR related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other departments and provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• And all other duties as assigned.
You must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain Act 33 clearances, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearances. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management is also required.
