Office Administrator
Position Overview:
This position is classified as full-time, non-Exempt. Typical days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8a 5p.
The role of this position is to support the organization by handling all administrative tasks as well as administrative support to Sales, Shipping, and QA departments. This role serves as the point of contact for customers and visitors by professionally greeting them via the telephone and in person.
This position reports to the Director of Sales.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Be the front face of the company and assist all visitors and customers.
Set up for customer visits (conference rooms/refreshments/signage/etc.). Ensure and maintain meeting spaces are kept neat and clean
Provide assistance to managers as needed.
Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments.
Assist with setting up new hires onboarding packets and benefits packets.
Perform clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, scanning, making copies, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Assist in daily work center production logs, complete sales files and purchase Files
Coordinate with human resources to assist with company events
Manage Office supplies by taking weekly inventory and submitting email request to order as needed based on mid & max.
Pay Hourly $18- $20
Eligible for Quarterly Bonus Pay
Required Education, Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and written, with visitors, managers, and coworkers.
Overtime availability is required.
