Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers is Hiring an Administrative Assistant - Full Time Near Danville, PA

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:30 am- 3:30 pm

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 phr

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, supporting our Danville, PA office.

Requirements:

Our Administrative Assistant position requires a candidate with excellent organizational skills, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, experience with online managed care billing and fiscal management is a PLUS. Microsoft Office proficiency is a MUST.

  • Assure that all reports are typed and sent in a timely manner
  • Schedule medical and dental appointments for residential clients as required by regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee the scheduling of medical and dental appointments for the clients in foster care as required by OCYF
  • Maintain client files to meet OCYF requirements.
  • Provide current changeover sheets to the Supervisors.
  • Type miscellaneous reports and correspondence as necessary.
  • Maintain current client roster.
  • Handle all deposits and withdrawals from the petty cash account.
  • Manage client accounts.
  • Distribute weekly client allowances from within the petty cash system.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Document and maintain client data via EMR.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
You must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain Act 33 clearance, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearance.
