Key position functions include:

• Assembly of valves and wellheads
• Teardown, repair, and refurbishment of valve assemblies
• Mounting, testing, and calibration of valves and wellheads
• Assign work duties and shop services to ATP and other shop personnel as needed.
• Assist Production Manager with training of ATP personnel.
• Performs inventory checks monthly for supplies and submits a requisition for re-order to ensure the Production Department has supplies it needs.
• Ensure that the critical shop equipment is maintained at scheduled intervals.
• Painting and/or coating of valves and wellheads
• Assist shipping and receiving when required.
• Adheres to Company Health, Safety, and Environmental

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred 3-5 years of previous experience in oilfield equipment.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of wellhead and flow control products.
• Knowledge of shop workings and safety standards, including completion of all in-house HS&E training
• Certified to assemble valves / range of valve assemblies.
• Certified to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work flexible hours.
