Primary Accountabilities

• Assembly of production line valves in accordance with Stream-Flo Production Standards
• Teardown, repair, and refurbishment of valve assemblies in accordance with Stream-Flo Repair procedures
• Mounting, testing, and calibration of valve actuators in accordance with Stream-Flo procedures

Key position functions include:

• Maintains clean and organized work area
• Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of/ handling of all shop equipment
• Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of handling of all materials and chemicals used in shop
• Adheres to Company Health, Safety, and Environmental
• Delegate ATP and other Shop Personnel for work duties and shop services as required
• Assist Production Manager with training of ATP personnel
• Designated back-up to Production Manager
• Painting of valve assembles
• Ensure that the critical shop equipment is maintenance at scheduled intervals
• Performs inventory checks on a monthly basis for supplies and submits a requisition for re-order to ensure the Production Department has supplies
• Assist shipping and receiving when required
• Other dues as may be required

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous oilfield equipment experience is preferred
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Knowledge of Wellheads
• Knowledge of shop workings and safety standards, including completion of all in-house HS&E training
• Certified to assemble valves / range of valve assemblies
• Certified to operate overhead cranes and forklifts
• Ability to follow written procedures
• Effective written, verbal, and reading skills (English)
• Must be able to multitask while under pressure
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
• The role will involve extensive periods of standing and walking. The individual will work in a warehouse setting that the individual will be required to adapt to working in occasional heat and/or cold conditions. The candidate on occasion will be required to bend and twist to identify equipment information. As necessary the role will require the handling and lifting of small components up to 50lbs safely
