GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a Project Control Specialist to join our team. This position is full-time and will serve the Pantex Plant in Amarillo, TX.

• Work with project leads and stakeholders on small to large projects that involve Primavera scheduling.
• Develop project schedules and integrated master schedules, which will be maintained throughout the project life cycle while tracking changes.
• Develop and examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
• Apply project management practices, including Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), for development of schedules.
• Examine requests for budget revisions, recommend approval or denial and draft correspondence.
• Produce resource-loaded schedules, associated progress reporting and project analysis.
• Provide technical assistance in the preparation of budgets.
• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production or other operations schedules.
• Requires daily use of P6 & ample cost large line item oversight experience.

• To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
• Due to the nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is requ?ired.

• Fluent with Primavera (P6) scheduling software and 5 years of experience desired.

The NNSA's Pantex Plant, located in Amarillo, Texas, assembles, disassembles, tests, and evaluates nuclear weapons in support of the NNSA stockpile stewardship program while also performing research and development in conventional high explosives and serving as an interim storage site for plutonium pits removed from dismantled weapons ().
