GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking an Operations Manager with a Facility Maintenance background to join our corporate team. This position is full-time and will be located in Anniston, Alabama. 

Requirements:

• 7 years of direct experience managing facility support services.

Clearance Level Required:
Uncleared - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Clearance
Per Diem / Travel Authorized:
To Be Determined
Overview:

• Support federal initiatives and facilities located in Anniston, Alabama.
• Utilize experience managing facilities and maintenance programs.
• Provide support to the operation, maintenance, repair, and minor alteration of the physical facilities to include, janitorial, housekeeping and lodging (billeting) support services and mail center operations.
• Provide project management support for administrative services, associated scheduled (e.g., preventive/predictive) maintenance, unscheduled work (service orders), refuse disposal, hazardous waste management, recycling, and other services.

Clearance & Citizenship Requirement:

• To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
• Due to the nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is required.
