**Klarisana is a progressive forward-leaning Behavioral Health company that leverages the use of psychedelics in therapeutic settings for the purpose of "Rebuilding Lives". We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for end users. The IT Support Specialist is expected to take ownership of any technical issues. As one of the country's largest Ketamine Therapy providers, Klarisana operates with locations in Texas, Colorado and New Mexico. This is an entry level position in Westminster, Colorado that is geared towards individuals that are in the early stages of their IT career.**
We are seeking a self-starter to be a point of contact for end users, to take ownership of technical issues, and is motivated to learn, think creatively and implement new technologies as needed at all Klarisana locations. This position is an entry level position with the opportunity for growth, including our promotional path and other areas within Klarisana.
Some of the duties we are looking for:
* Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.
* Providing IT assistance to staff.
* Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
* Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
* Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
* Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
* Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
* Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
* Create and modify employee user accounts
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Setting up user workspaces and peripherals
* Installing hardware, software, and network equipment
Requirements:
* A Certification or working towards certification
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Experience with Chrome OS and Google Workspace
* 0 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
* Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
* In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
* Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
* Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Openness to feedback
