Position Overview: Process and address incoming service desk requests both onsite and remotely via
email, phone, or the support portal.
Primary Responsibilities
• Schedule and perform on-site visits to client to set up and troubleshoot
equipment
• Assist customers with all technology-related moves/adds/changes
• Configure, install, and maintain IT users' desktop software and hardware
including
• current versions of Windows, Mac and MS Office products
• Troubleshoot PC/MAC issues remotely
• Troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems including networking
equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
• Escalate to 2nd and 3rd level support on server-related problems.
• Learn about and apply proven and emerging technologies (Azure, Windows
Server,
• Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Cisco networking, etc.)
• Responsible for documenting solutions to problems and developing end-user
guidelines
• Other duties may be added as defined

Requirements

Skills and Experience
• College degree preferred
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Able to plan, schedule, and effectively communicate with staff and clients
• Must have a customer service oriented attitude
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have strong interpersonal communication and team based skills
• Must have strong documentation skills
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and equipment
• Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver
