Work in a private established company and low bureaucratic environment.
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Knowledge of inventory costing
- Responsible for processing and overseeing bi-weekly payroll
- Coordinate and communicate with external accounting firm.
- Oversee and negotiate company insurance policies.
- Staying up to date on new laws/ accounting regulations
- Assist in the preparation/review of monthly commission reports.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and benefits for all new hires.
- Assist with budget preparations.
- CPA optional but preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience
- Knowledge of SAP B1 is preferred.
- Excel, PowerPoint, Access
