Insight Global is Hiring a Desktop Support Analyst Near Scottsdale, AZ
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to a financial services client in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing desktop support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with systems and applications, preferably in the Mortgage industry. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting end user devices including PC's, Macs, Printer/Scanners, mobile devices, and more. You will set up, troubleshoot, and maintain conference room technology support throughout the site. You will be responsible for deploying various software and related licenses as well as hardware and new PC/Mac deployments. This will be a fully onsite role.
Position: Desktop Support Analyst
Duration: Rolling contract until end of the year with potential to convert full-time
Location: Monday-Friday fully onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
*Main building is in Scottsdale, however candidate must be willing to transport equipment when necessary to and from Chandler, AZ. Company vehicle will be provided in instances like these.
Must-Haves:
- 2 Years of Experience within Desktop Support, Desktop Support Engineering, Desktop Support Analysis
- Experience with Windows 10 is required
- Experience with PC/Mac software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Expertise troubleshooting PCs, Mac, Printer/Scanners, Mobile Devices, and more.
- Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies and support.
