We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in San Ramon, California. As a Desktop Support Analyst, your primary role will be to provide technical assistance to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, and Active Directory will be highly valued. Responsibilities:• Provide technical support to team members, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.• Utilize Citrix and Dell Technologies to manage and maintain desktop environments. • Operate EO/IR systems and Mac Computers to ensure optimal performance.• Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory for configuration management and deployments.• Provide deskside support to team members, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operation.• Regularly update and maintain computer hardware and software systems.• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new systems and policies.• Assist in training staff on the use of hardware and software systems.• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent future system problems.• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
