Job Description
Our large retail client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Representative to join their team remotely to assist during a maternity leae from June - October.
This role supports the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of Store Managers, and will work with HR team, District Managers, and Regional Directors to hire on quality talent.
This is a high volume role with an expectation of balancing 20-30 openings at once while staying in communication with District Managers on where you stand in the recruiting process.
You will be responsible for using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidates and to create candidate pipelines, and will support field leadership with hiring and onboarding.
Those responsibilities include : setting up interviews, delivering feedback, pre-employment screening (background & drug screens), training, store placement selections, etc.
In addition to its fast pace nature, this role evolves and shifts quickly with the market, so the ability to adapt quickly and take on added responsibilities is required.
A large part of your role will be centered around metrics and reporting on the weekly status of openings, turnover succession planning and more.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
