This person is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional positions within the organization across various levels of seniority. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Someone who has the drive to excel, bring in top-tier talent, and to efficiently maintain talent pipelines while keeping to deadlines will succeed in this role!
