Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Hershey, PA (Onsite - will a possibility of remote after training with the team)

Duration: 6 Months

Position Type: Contract on W2

Job Summary:

The main function of a data entry specialist is to operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.

A typical data entry specialist is responsible for accurate information documentation and personal project management.

Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.

Responsibilities :

• Under guidance of the Regulatory team, assist in fulfilling a wide variety data driven requests that are an integral part of the day-to-day business operations.

• General maintenance and governance of third-party certifications for kosher/ halal, Organic, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Whole Grains etc. for ingredients and finished confectionery/snack products for the US and Global portfolios.

• Collection and correlation of a broad variety of data needed to register exported products in global markets.

• Assist team in creation and collection of documents needed to fulfil customer requests for nutrition and other regulatory materials.

• Enter and maintain documents within customer portal, and internal systems.

• Evaluate nutrition label information for accuracy before releasing to consumer facing database.

Qualifications:

• Experience in navigating SAP database and proficiency in MS Word, Excel

• Ability to quickly master responsibilities

• Highly organized and willing to work independently within a team environment.

• Attention to detail and the ability to organize large sets of data.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with cross functional and manufacturing partners.

• Experience in Food Regulatory Affairs relating to confectionery or salty snacks preferred but not required.
