Summary :

The main function of the Irrigation data entry specialist is to modernize existing policy information via input of client data into a newly created administration system.

This data entry specialist will be responsible for accurate entry of client's information, personal project management, and reporting of progress on a regular basis.

Technical skills include high level of attention to detail and time management.

Job Responsibilities :

Accurate entry of client information including address, schedules, policy numbers, and premiums.

Identification of key data points from various sources

Conversion of an average of 40 policies / day

Verification / Documentation of completed conversions

Skills :

Ability to type an average of 35WPM or higher-(supplier to administer typing test)

Attention to detail-worker will be required to quickly identify key data points from various sources

Interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage one's time

Ability to accurately document and record customer / client information

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.to include :

o Key data collection from Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word

o Respond to emails via Outlook for items pertaining to job.

Education / Experience :

High school diploma or GED required

2-3 years related experience required
