Description :

The main function of the Irrigation data entry specialist is to modernize existing policy information via input of client data into a newly created administration system.

This data entry specialist will be responsible for accurate entry of client’s information, personal project management, and reporting of progress on a regular basis.

Technical skills include high level of attention to detail and time management.

Job Responsibilities :

• Accurate entry of client information including address, schedules, policy numbers, and premiums.
• Identification of key data points from various sources
• Conversion of an average of 40 policies / day
• Verification / Documentation of completed conversions
• Weekly reporting of work completed

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Ability to type an average of 35WPM or higher-( must take a typing tes t)
• Attention to detail-worker will be required to quickly identify key data points from various sources
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Ability to accurately document and record customer / client information
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe include :
• Key data collection from Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word
• Respond to emails via Outlook for items pertaining to job.

Education / Experience :

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years related experience required
