Overview

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Data Entry Specialist in the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for accurate entry of client’s information, personal project management, and reporting of progress on a regular basis.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist :

• Accurate entry of client information including address, schedules, policy numbers, and premiums.
• Identification of key data points from various sources
• Conversion of an average of 40 policies / day
• Verification / Documentation of completed conversions
• Weekly reporting of work completed

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
• 2-3 years data entry experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite products (including Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to type 35 WPM, typing test will be required
